I would like to make a few other comments about what was stated here.
1) If EBE's exist, they are to show that they are civilized and abide by the US
Constitution. We are not to be compared to animals, birds or insects, to be
used as food, experimentation or mind control. Animals lack the intelligent
gene and they act by instinct and react by instinct. The consciousness gene is
also not there. Humans have these genes. We are to be respected and not
abducted (reference : Many worldwide claims state abductions have been made and
is still going on.)
2) If this "other" government exists, they are to abide by the US Constitution.
But however "if" they are located in Geneva, Switzerland, they can practice
their own belief over there. But in America, they are to answer to, 1) The
President, 2) Congress 3) and The Judicial Branch and not vise versa.
3) The US Constitution states that if something isn't covered by it, like this
suspected unusual "other" governement, the PEOPLE have the power to take the
appropriate actions to maintain the US Constitution.
4) Not all blame should be placed on Jackie Kennedy if the film is correct (
suspect in conspiracy). There appears to be a total conspiracy as was analyzed
by scientists and medical experts because of the FOIA allowed. Also further
documention shows that JFK was going to make a report to the public about what
he believed was illegal activities by this "other" government. Later the
assassination occurred. Jackie could have been either forced to do what she was
told to do, to stay alive, or was upset with JFK's relation with M. Monroe.
5) I speak as one that observes information already provided by de-classified
information and protected by the FOIA. I made the report to the Senators and I
have done my duty for my country. I show no criminal intent.
6) To correct this suspected "other" government, from telling ( or forcing) the
Senate, the President, and Court what to do, one solution is to pass a law in
Congress that reduces the security clearance level of this "other" government
by Law. So CIA, FBI, NSA and anyone else told to do something because they are
exceeded by a security clearance of some "other" government, this security
level should be reduced to a point that they show that they are in compliance
with the United States and the US Constitution.
7) The US Constitution clearly states no "other" foreign government can remove
the US Independence, Freedoms and Rights of human being citizens in America.
JFK couldn't speak back then, but I think this is what he would have said if he
could have back then.
