Object: Space objects,and Our Oceans??
How much space dust, and other stuff is hitting our Earth each day? It
has a 73% better chance of hitting water than land. This begs the
question over hundreds of years how high up has this caused the water
level to rise? Bert

About the same amount as the land. Think about it.

Dip an apple in toffee. How much has the larger green bit risen compared to
the smaller red bit?

Why the fascination with 73%?

Paul 7 and 3 are my lucky numbers. Could add to water level going up
due to the increase in volcano eruptions. Must be lots of under water
volcanoes since water covers 73% of the Earth. Hawaii comes to mind.

Lemme guess: Your IQ is also 73.

Here's what you need to research, Herb:
o how much (mass) falls on the earth (say per year)?
o how long is it in the earth's atmosphere?
o how much land on land?
o how much land in water?
o how much is dissolved?
o how much (mass) is lost from the earth?
o other important factors....
What is the net effect? Don't draw a conclusion without doing
the calculations.

Sam I'll come up with the ideas, and you can go to Google. My idea is
tons and tons of space dust is hitting the Earth every day,and this is
displacing water. Sam you add up the size of the dust particles for us
please,My thinking takes up to much of my time. Bert

.2 tons?
2 tons?
20 tons?
200 tons?
2000 tons?
I don't doubt that your think takes up much of your time, Herb.
Those damn infinite loops will take all your time.
