Object: SPP resonance measurement setup
Hi,
I am trying to build up a setup that allows me to measure reflectance
in a system as a function of the incident angle of the light beam.
Through this measurement I want to find out when SPP modes are excited.
I am usign a standard Kretschmann configuration.
I have seen that there are some expensive devices that allow you take
this measurement but I was wandering if i could build up a proper setup
by myself in my lab (I have already a prism, laser and some other
stuff).
Is anyone who knows where I can find a scheme or a plant with the
components placed and a description of how they are operated?
Thanks in advance
Andrea
.
