Superfluid Universe and Penrose's "Fantasy" |

Jack, you say

If 100% superfluid corresponds to /\ = 0
then
why does 96% superfluid correspond to /\ = 73% (as seen by WMAP) ?
Good question. I am probably wrong about the 96% also I should have said
condensate density not superfluid density.

Very crudely quick and dirty probably not quite right:
We need to translate this into FRW dimensionless Omega relative to
critical density. The normal matter density decreases as universe
expands if total on mass-shell mass M is fixed.
Exotic vacuum is /\zpf =/= 0. DE and DM have opposite densities 0.73 -
0.23 ~ 0.5 of critical today. But even on-mass shell fermionic matter
has exotic vacuum cores to stabilize extended charge, Casimir ZPF QED
force, and rotational centrifugal force of spin, so really exotic vacuum
is everything in different guises. But we need to distinguish dynamical
condensate density ~ No/N of bound virtual pairs (macro-eigenvalue in
ODLRO of pair reduced density matrix from effective field |PSI|^2 ~ Ns/N
of Landau-Ginzburg equation. For example in HeII superfluid the former
No/N ~ 0.1 at T = 0K, but Ns/N --> 1 as T --> 0. In large scale
/\zpf(Quantum of Area)R(t)^2 ~ (Quantum of Volume)|PSI|^2 - 1
Where R(t) is the dimensionless FRW scale factor.
At the post-inflation initial singularity the entropy of universe is
zero i.e.
Entropy of Universe ~ log[(Quantum of Volume)|PSI|^2] -> 0 when R(t) --> 0
Note that |PSI|^2 has dimensions (wave number)^3 so the argument of the
log is a PHASE SPACE VOLUME/h^3!
Where PSI is LOCAL macro-quantum order parameter out of which Einstein's
smooth 1915 gravity emerges as a rigid Goldstone phase effect. It's
mostly like a 4D liquid crystal (i.e. disclination phase defects -->
Einstein curvature as shown by Hagen Kleinert) if torsion is negligible.
This solves Penrose's problem on inflation and second law of
thermodynamics "Arrow of Time" in "Fashion, Faith and Fantasy"
In general
Entropy of Universe/kB ~ log[1 + /\zpf(Quantum of Area)R(t)^2]
/\zpf is a constant i.e. the parameter in ADS (Anti-De Sitter space) I
suppose.
