I don't see how it could explain Philadelphia Expt unless they TWEAKED
it to get
w(Skewon) < - 1/3.
James Corum did not at all really understand this w = -1 stuff from his
papers that I read 1999-2000 at ISSO. This was BEFORE DARK ENERGY was
discovered and generally understood. I did not understand the dark
energy until 2002.
Any WARP TUNNEL EFFECT needs w < - 1/3 and in paper below w = - 1/3, but
hopefully that's UNSTABLE say at top of some kind of Mexican Hat
Potential. So maybe those big cables wrapped around the Navy ship in a
fluke made a skewon field with w < - 1/3.
Good Sci Fi, but just idle speculation for now.

Yes Jack... That was the context in which I considered it & a la

Subject: Skewons have w = -1/3 NO GOOD FOR WWD

OK Skewon Field has w = -1/3 so it is not as good as ZPF which has w = -1.
Skewon Field DOES NOT WARP SPACE-TIME! It's gravity neutral so it is NO
GOOD for WWD, but it still may be good for non-geodesic Corum EM
stress-propulsion pulling g-force.

An anti-symmetric stress-energy source tensor permits propellantless
propulsion I seem to recall. This may related to Jim Corum's idea.
However, remember there are two kinds of propellentless propulsion:
1. Geodesic (e.g. Paul Hill's "acceleration field", G. Trimble's "G-
engine")
i.e. Weightless Warp Drive WWD) pulling no g-force in sharp-turn maneuvers.
Here M drops out of the problem. M = mass of ship.
2. Non-geodesic, i.e. pulling g-force like James Woodward's scheme,
Shipov's scheme, & Puthoff's scheme.
i.e. VdM/dt term without actual ejection of propellant.
I suspect a hypothetical skewon field engine will still be non- geodesic
with g-force and not WWD.
WWD is what we want of course.

Hehl is a serious theorist. Thanks for the tip.
