So for Intro to QM, which textbook is better? Griffiths' or Shankar's?
I will have to buy Griffiths' eventually, so unless Shankar's text
(Principles of Quantum Mechanics) is a must-have (and I am asking, is
it?), I plan on just picking up the Griffiths text.
My main question, however, is what textbook would you suggest after
this? Should I go with a complementary mathematical methods text as
well?
-Thank you for your input
it is much appreciated!
