THE GREATEST DEVELOPMENT OF EINSTEIN'S RELATIVITY |
Perhaps the greatest ever discovery of relativity hypnotists is that
Einstein's second postulate, the principle of constancy of the speed of

I don't think you understand the theory. If it actually were c+ v,
there would be no gravitational redshift at all. Where are you getting
this v from anyway, since in the Pound and Rebka experiment the only
thing that's moving is the light?

move to Doppler shift the incident light.

Sure, depending on the physical conditions of the measurement. It can
also be less than "300000 km/s" (by which I assume you really mean the
standard value for c). And this can happen even for an accelerated
observer in a region without any significant gravitation (e.g. in
Minkowski spacetime).
