I just remembered something I had once heard on the telly. "There is
nothing outside the observable universe." Nothing came before our observable
universe." Maybe not those exact words but words very much like and meaning
exactly these words mean.
There is self-evident proof that there is something outside the rest of
the observed universe. Also that there is something that always, at least,
comes after it, if not before it. That something outside and after is this
Earth and we "here and now."
The so-called "observed universe" outside this planet is probably the sole
universe we can never, will never, access. The one universe we will never
enter upon. The one universe forever barred to us . . . because it [isn't]
out there at all in space, not now nor in the future.
We "here" are obviously outside the "observed" universe. We here "now"
obviously come after it. Or rather it should be obvious to us.
Just as obviously, or should be obvious, there is a universe out there we
are not outside. And there are a lot of futures out there in that universe,
including a lot of very, very, distant futures, we do not come after nor do
we come before, but are level with in space-time. The "observed" universe's
dark child, the indeterminate 'unobserved' universe. Just as we observe the
"observed" universe to be nearly slower than slow, the unobserved universe
must be nearly faster than fast. After all, at a billion light years out
regarding the observed universe, the unobserved universe must be a billion
years out front of it. That is radically fast. Just about as fast, maybe as
fast, as the unobserved universe ten billion years out front of the observed
universe ten billion light years away from us. Now that too is so damn
radically fast! Light speed, if not better, is my perception of the speed.
