Absolutely no one was excluded from the analysis,
but " handles " are by: User, Server and Newsreader.
Popularity ( the number on left )
is determined using a Google-like method, e.g.:
If a handle replied to 90 handles
then each of it's " votes " ( direct replies )
would initially be worth 1 / 90.
At the end of an iteration,
if a handle received 2 votes worth, say, 1 / 50 and 1 / 25,
the value of it's votes would be bumped to
( 1 + 1 / 50 + 1 / 25 ) / 90 for the next iteration.
...9 iterations were preformed.
