For all its various faults and operative failures, at least peer
review is dedicated to preventing such as the above, as below:
"The developed theory proves that a universal vortex motion, along

A theory *never* "proves" something.
Try again.
Browsing through your article, I notice that you apparently
address exclusively effects already predicted by Newtonian
gravity. Care to address some of the observed effects predicted by
GR? (gravitational red shift, light bending at the sun,
precession of Mercury's perihelion etc.)
