Which one would you take?

I think this questions are easy for G-d because
most of them can be answer

1) Why only 3 spatial dimensions?

because that is all we can sense from nature.
there is also time that we can only understand a bit with
our minds.

2) What sets the direction of time?

Space

3) What happened to the anti-matter?

there is still tons of it in stars and other young
structures. in an expanding universe, matr rules over
antimatr and in a colapsing universe, viceversa.

4) Does the past exist?
5) Does the future exist?

this are just the 2 directions of spacetime.

6) Do humans have free will?

thats is why we are here.

7) Is the universe finite or infinite?
8) Is there more than one universe?

where something ends, something else begins.
every life or thing is a universe that is part of the entire universe.

9) Are there other worlds like Earth with life?
10) Are there other worlds like Earth with intelligent life?

considering the size and diversity of the universe, it will be
very selfish to think we are the only ones.

11) Will man ever be able to travel beyond the solar system?
12) Will man ever be able to travel within the Milky Way?
13) Will man ever be able to travel beyond this galaxy?
14) Will time travel ever be invented?

before even begin to think of this very true posibilities
we have to be able to master easier things like not having to
refuel every time. RECYCLICAL SYSTEMS

15) Will man ever converse with other intelligent beings?

That will depend on them because we have been very scary and noisy.

16) Are there Laws of Physics which completely explain everything.

it is the will of only G-d to know absolutely everything.
we can be close to learning everything within our range and
that can bring us closer to him if we deside to be creative.

17) Is the standard model even close? 18) Quantum Mechanics? 19)
Relativity?

the very last tiny litl detail is always the hardest one to reach.
it all goes down to gravity in the end.

Since God and the Universe are identical, just ask Him. IE, do what
humans are doing now. Exploring the Universe (God).
What could be simpler???????? (as a side benefit, science and religion
meld into one).

I was holding back on this, but given this opportunity:

Here are the questions I intend to ask God, at the next opportunity.

1) Why only 3 spatial dimensions?

Knots can be made only in 3 dimensions (J.Casti, Five more golden
rules, p4). This is also related to the 3/2 symmetry of equal tempered
tuning.

2) What sets the direction of time?

3) What happened to the anti-matter?

4) Does the past exist?

5) Does the future exist?

6) Do humans have free will?

It exists only for people who think there is free will. Most humans are
like ants, or monkeys. They will submit to the will of the bully. This
switch happens early in life. Bully worship is a favorite method of
evolution.

7) Is the universe finite or infinite?

8) Is there more than one universe?

My guess is our universe is the smallest possible.

9) Are there other worlds like Earth with life?

10) Are there other worlds like Earth with intelligent life?

11) Will man ever be able to travel beyond the solar system?
12) Will man ever be able to travel within the Milky Way?
13) Will man ever be able to travel beyond this galaxy?
14) Will time travel ever be invented?

15) Will man ever converse with other intelligent beings?

"Man" does not stand for human. A weak point of modern English.

16) Are there Laws of Physics which completely explain everything.

Everything can never be expalined. Otherwise there would not be
existence.

17) Is the standard model even close? 18) Quantum Mechanics? 19)
Relativity?

20) How often do you intervene?

Not when right now I can do any one of millions of different things.
Where people get confused is concerning a priori/a posteriori. A
priori we have many choices before we have to choose. After we choose
there is just the one made. Thus people look at that choice made and
think we are deterministic. But before the choice free will reigns.

There is another reference to the number 3 in chaos theory. Apparently
one can not have chaos for less than 3 degrees of freedom. (E.Ott,
Chaos in dynamical systems, p.7) Mandelbrot set has 3, 2 for the
complex plane, one for iteration. In the same book p.22;
"The Poincare-Bendixon theorem states that a 2 dimensional flow
confined to a bounded region of the plane can only have periodic
attractors, if there are no fixed points of the flow. In particular
chaotic attractors are necessarily absent."
Knot-chaos connection is interesting. If you can't get around an
obstacle, like in 2D, you can't make mischief.

I was holding back on this, but given this opportunity:
Here are the questions I intend to ask God, at the next opportunity.

Based on shevek's encouragement, here are my assumed answers.
1) Why only 3 spatial dimensions?
1) for you: maybe.
2) What sets the direction of time?
2) the past is prolog.
3) What happened to the anti-matter?
3) when you understand dark matter and dark energy, you will know.
4) Does the past exist?
4) only in the mind.
5) Does the future exist?
5) no
6) Do humans have free will?
6) It would appear one of us does.
7) Is the universe finite or infinite?
7) finite
8) Is there more than one universe?
8) yes
9) Are there other worlds like Earth with life?
9) yes
10) Are there other worlds like Earth with intelligent life?
10) define intelligent and I'll tell you. Give an example.
11) Will man ever be able to travel beyond the solar system?
11) No,
12) Will man ever be able to travel within the Milky Way?
12) no
13) Will man ever be able to travel beyond this galaxy?
13) no
14) Will time travel ever be invented?
14) no
15) Will man ever converse with other intelligent beings?
15) You mean besides now--doubtful but that's subject to
interpretation all over the place--what is man, when has man evolved
beyond being man, what consitutes conversing, who participates (ie
represents man, the other) Define intelligence, when is ever over,
and are you excluding intra-terrestrials?
16) Are there Laws of Physics which completely explain everything.
16) yes
17) Is the standard model even close? 18) Quantum Mechanics? 19)
Relativity
17) reasonably. They are better than fire earth air and water as a
theory.
20) How often do you intervene?
20) only once or twice--it depends on your definition of intervention.
If you must know--the big bang, starting life, and a
prophet/messenger/messiah or two. Hmmm. let me think...
Why not more? (interventions, more often)
I realized that every intervention has its bad side. It's worse than
time travel.
Direk Van de moortel asks:
Suppose you're allowed to ask one (1!) question of this list.
Which one would you take?
My answer--#20.
Don Stockba.. asks:
How many questions are there?
My answer--Depending on the answers to these 20, there could be no
more. For several questions, the possible answers could lead to a
great many follow on questions. If the Standard Model answer (#17) is
"NOT EVEN CLOSE", can you imagine the questions that would open up?

Why would someone(s) with a working theory of universe creation bother
with humans? Average human is greedy and ignorant. I myself would leave
this planet if it was an option.
The universe could be owned by some cosmic bully, or even some
corporation. But I doubt it. I think an understanding of the universe
will revolutionise the understanding of being. Gravity may have a lot
of surprises for us, as demonstrated yet again by dark matter theory. I
think the universe is a being, not some piece of machine.
The quite obvious (for me anyway) intervention is probably done by
benign aliens belonging to cosmic religious cults. The religious
pattern of human culture may reflect the cosmic situation.
Why not give the key to some cosmic technology, if they like us so
much? Maybe they have, in some crypted way in their spritual teachings.
The trouble is that the ancient religious texts are spoiled over time.
Bhagavadgita seems nice.
http://a-theory-of-nothingness.blogspot.com/2006/11/bhagavadgita-theory-of-being.html

20) How often do you intervene?
