Hi Sergei
Sounds like our reasoning parallels, anyway.
Galaxy Pattern is formed with 1 rotation
of the disc and 2 precessions.
Holding precessions at 2, higher excited
points must be when rotations are odd,
i.e. 3/2, 5/2, 7/2, 9/2, etc
The lengths of these
pathways will relate to energy of each
excited state.

Sergey Karavashkin:
Dear John, I agree with you in it. In the view of what you wrote, I'm
interesting in two points:
- have you more or less physically grounded description of conditions
and typical properties, how these precessions originate (in the amount
of my inquiry)?
- can you refer me to this material, I to be able to read and refer,
if necessary (or at least to discuss this point, here either out of
here, how do you prefer)? We are now preparing some material on this
issue with mathematical description of the process, so these
references would be of help.
