Not classed at the dock your insurance will only be 800 per year or so.
Thats cheeper then rent your paying .
If its in as good of shape as they say it could be just a few weeks.
The yard dont have much work , this time of year all the fishing boats
are done.
Opertunity will knock allot with a good brooklin paint job ,
Ya know ,,the navy does what wre doing too.
They let people have ships just to take care of.
my colection is over 100 and one is aircraft C ,
flattop 1941 . My 1945 I gave 1 mil for was so rotten its reef now.
Most of them are mint .
it was 50 mil colection I put about 200 mil into.
paul has a few there with mine , we bid against each other for a good
cause .
I tryed to get the entire mothball fleet.
Thier still rebiulding glasher .
Giant was my first full time home.

I cut 3/4 of 1 % .
Most of them I never cut .
Once its 5 feet wide its safe on my land for the next 100 years.
I plantation trees ( fraser firs )
I grow a 14 inch telephone pole in 10 years at curent $ 650 ton x 4 ton.
80 an acre .
1.4 millon tons per year off 1 million acres about 1 billion bucks.
The land cost me $ 150 acre .
I stated with 23000 acres. I bought by selling a contract to produc
pulp . I gave 10 mil for 5 lakes was my first forest of 23000 acre.
I stopped logging it 15 years ago.
It put 25 mil a year in my bank.
I toulk fraser firs from alaska to maine .
They grow so fast in maine ( 4 times as fast ) due alaskan 2 months of
greens and maines 7 months .
firs do well in moonlight or sun.
The best thing to grow on a mountain sideis a fraser fir because you
cant plow a mountainside and grow anything .
The cheepest land turns out to be the most productive because fir trees
make more then corn per acre.
acre corn yealds 300 bls. $ 1200 x 15 years.
18000 bucks. 27 tons of pulp is 5 trees 15 years old . No tilling .
My own pear and docks ,,one fo wood one for oil. I hit oil all the
time ..that forest produced 25 mil year in wood ad 100 mil in oil.
The rig cost *****.

we hire a few a year.
they make too fuckin much but the engineer makes more.
Not on the ship I live on .
I retired about 7 years ago but now I make 2 bil a year instead of 1 .
Im at 14 billion now.
72 ships 2 are vlcc 10 are containor ships 150,000 ton plus.
the rest are loaded and parked or lookin for a load to park.
I load em so cheep waltons have tears and park em till I like the
prices.
14 billion bucks and I still get board.
