He dont want a cargo ship .
and that cargo boat is very nice as it is.
I dont think Id change a bolt on it.

I thnk yer tellin us they scrapped it in 76.
many many ships were there on the beach in idia ,,and sold as is .
When its 100 feet off the beach ,,the price of steel will be its worth
..
300 tons ,,this cargo ship is the same amount of steel as that smaller
tug !
it will haul 800 ton but its only 300 tons of steel.
$ 45,000 cut up.
might cost $ 10,000 to cut it up.
$ 45000 cash will buy any ship of 300 tons 100 yeards off the beach.
Besides it has wooden decks ,,
jeff neads a boat 300 tons 100 feet long that will take a roleover and
slamming.
If you got in a squal with that cargo ship your fucked. You might rip
that in two.
Jeff could run over your boat in thet ice classed steel tug.
100 foot yacht would bust for shure.
180 foot RV is too big to sit up town in or hide in the tongass . He
would ground a 180 footer in tongass not making the turns.
He would have a fuel problem in the cargo ship but he can burn wood in
the tug or oil.

Hi T.J., You mentioned that Fearless_Johnny can take a rollover.
Could it get stuck in the upside-down position ( and sink ) ?
Thanks for the info on the gamma ray field and gamma laser.
Re: This cruise ship ( with no RoRo ):
shipexpo.com/sales/vessel_detail.asp?FileNo=2004
Was that your home after Giant ( the ice breaker ) ?
Speaking of me, You told Potter:
He'd have a fuel problem in the cargo ship
but he can burn wood in the tug ( or oil ).
What fuel problem ? the cargo ship can't burn wood ?
You told me something like:
The penthouse is one piece and the two cabins below are 170 sq ft, I think.
both are shipped as singles... that's three big boxes.
And they'll be there by the time the hull is ready, a week from now.
So it takes about 10 days to ship the cabins from Hong Kong to Seattle, I see.
You continued:
They're built in Hong Kong using interchangable units, selected online.
The penthouse you get will have everything we saw in the pictures.
The dimensions of the lower cabins were off-the-shelf,
but the penthouse was downsized to 22 x 60 from 28 x 62
( or something like that ) and they moved the windows, adding portholes.
It takes a few days for the yard to install the pilot house,
penthouse and cabins.
It's like buying a modular house ( without the siding ),
it slides into place via a crane.
Then finishing touches are made to outside and engine room.
The stack came off with the deck and the wheelhouse.
a flange for bolts was added.
Then they sat a magdrill on the edge and drilled, and put the top on.
They look at the specs, the penthouse and the tugs measured draft details
and make pc-assisted adjustments.
They pick assembed components and fit them into the penhouse real quick.
They're built, put it on a ship and installed as a pallet.
Interesting, thanks.

Hi Tom_Potter ( and T.J. ), What's wrong with the 107 foot,
400 ton ( 300 ton hull, 50 ton ballast and 50 ton Hiab )
" Army LT " ( Light Tug ) ?
He's sunk two million dollars into it so far,
not counting the half million dollar Deep_2 system.
The steel hull is over an inch thick;
more than enough to support the Hiab ( with its 30 foot reach ). See:
WikiPedia.ORG/wiki/HIAB
By the way, the large tug that I've been seeing at
the Seattle Yatch Club is flying the " Red Ensign "
which is currently used by the United Kingdom's Merchant Navy. See:
WikiPedia.ORG/wiki/Red_Ensign
The tug has a large main deck in the rear.
The main deckhouse has 5 portals to the right of the door, 9 on the right.
P.S. there are three ensigns, red, white, and blue.
Red: British merchantmen
White: Royal Naval Service
Blue: Royal Naval Reserve
The Union Jack is a combination of the Irish, Scottish and English crosses:

A " Jack " is a flag placed at a ships' stern while at port.
The " Kingdom of England " existed before the Union Jack

What do you think the primary ensign was ( just prior to the Union Jack ) ?
I'm sure there were lots of flags back then, lots of " armies " and such.

I know. The "jack" comes from the "jackstaff."
I was talking about the Union Fag, which for some reason you refer to
repeatedly as the Union Jack.
The " Kingdom of England " existed before the Union Jack
It even existed before the union flag. Isn't that amazing.
and The Cross of Saint George was its main ensign.
"Ensign" means lots of things, regarding British flags it normally means a
flag on a Royal Naval warship.
England was a unified kingdom long before the Union Flag was chosen as the
national flag, so in that respect you are correct.
What do you think the primary ensign was ( just prior to the Union Jack )
?
When you say "just prior" what dates do you mean?
I'm sure there were lots of flags back then, lots of " armies " and such.
Yes there were lots of flags. Even to this day each regiment of the British
Army has its own "colours" (Flag).
The "English Flag" was something different. Normally this was the family
crest of the Royal Family. St George was never English.

Hi T_Wake, WikiPedia says:
The Flag of England is the St George's Cross.
The legend of Saint George slaying the dragon dates from
the 12th century and Saint George became
the patron saint of England in the 13th century.
The red cross appeared in the crusades and is
one of the earliest known emblems representing England.
The flag is thought to be derived from that of the Knights Templar.
[citation needed]
Another theory as to the origins of the flag is that
the flag of Genoa was adopted by England and the City of London in 1190 for
their ships entering the Mediterranean to benefit from
the protection of the powerful Geonoese fleet. [citation needed]
Wikipedia.ORG/wiki/Flag_of_England
The Union flag first appeared under James VI/I. WikiPedia says:
James VI and I ( James Stuart ) ( June 19, 1566 – March 27, 1625 )
was King of Scots, King of England, and King of Ireland and
was the first to style himself King of Great Britain.

Hi T_Wake, WikiPedia says:
Once more, you show that deriving all your knowledge from Wikipedia is your
downfall.
The Flag of England is the St George's Cross.
The legend of Saint George slaying the dragon dates from
the 12th century and Saint George became
the patron saint of England in the 13th century.
Yet the cross was not the flag of England.
The red cross appeared in the crusades and is
one of the earliest known emblems representing England.
This is incorrect. The flag under which the English Kings fought in the
Crusades was not the Cross of St George.
The flag is thought to be derived from that of the Knights Templar.
[citation needed]
It was not used as the flag of "England" during the time of the Crusades.
Can I suggest you move away from using Wikipedia as your source of all
knowledge and research the actual flags and banners carried by the
crusaders. At no stage was there a "Cross of St George" representing
"England."
Another theory as to the origins of the flag is that
the flag of Genoa was adopted by England and the City of London in 1190
for
their ships entering the Mediterranean to benefit from
the protection of the powerful Geonoese fleet. [citation needed]
Wikipedia.ORG/wiki/Flag_of_England
"Citation Needed" is a clue.
The Union flag first appeared under James VI/I. WikiPedia says:
Well, at least you have learned to stop calling it the Union Jack.

You cant use alumnum and focus an xray image from 100 feet away. You

Once xray is in focus and can be focused at any range then you can
see the image and see what it is. Using a gamma flash 10ms. 2 mile

Where 3000 years of craftsmanship in whats best is a standard.

Id put fearless johnny up beside any 300 ton yacht . It may be 12

fresh bridge electronics blows anything france biulds. 20 years ago
you'd be lucky to have a TV , much less a phone and the net on a ship.
Now with live earth view GPS plotting auto pilot is the ships pc
watching the sonar radar GPS and engine and rain ,, autopilot is now
allso some one at th helm thats not on the ship but a ship monitor
controler in a port.
The harbor pilots are replaced with electronics if you have a system

This system will let my data plot a gps plot
and put johnny beside my ship also hidding in the tongass ..

a xray stereo recorded vidio of may wrecks are worth 100,000 each.
between seattle inside passage to the golden river are 7000 wrecks.
only 200 known where they went down and of the ones they know about

Hi T.J., You told me something like:
How much is a Deep_2 recorder worth ? even if the ship has nothing you want.
Some x-ray stereo videos of wrecks are worth a hundred grand each.
From Seattle to the Inside Passage to the Golden river are 7 thousand wrecks.
Of those, only 200 have a semi-known location and only 8 have been found.
Deep_2 found one a few years ago in Alaska and
we gave it away with the credit the same day.
Ok, I'll keep that in mind... certain videos could be sold.
The best wrecks are the ones Hidden/Preserved in silt, of course.
You told me something like:
The ROV everyone else uses has electric motors with air-tight seals;
but I use very low RPM motors filled with corn oil instead.
I did the corn oil jar with a camera inside may years ago and
may have seen and recorded the bottom first, in many cases.
My deep motor drives are corn oil filled.
That means I can take a motor off the shelf, stick it in a can of oil and
seal the oil in with a vacuum pump, replacing the air with oil,
drop it on the sea floor and run it and never have a drive motor flood.
My rod-down system can pick up a two thousand ton ship and
pump the bay out, 5 thousand feet down, in about 4 hours.
It did it 11 times.
Although I've never seen or read about this anywhere else,
it makes sense to me.
You told me something like:
My rod-down is a brilliant piece of work.
A two foot [ ¿ thread ] at each end of a 200 feet long, 4 inch rod
can dig down 20 thousand feet.
I could drop a rod 10 thousand feet and pick up 5 thousand tons.
Weld that rod into the fame of a sub ( like the Kursk ) and pull it up,
the end of the sub will bend,
but its coming up, even if it takes 40 thousand tons of pull.
Two rods under Giant_4 have an 89 thousand ton yank and
can lift 10 thousand tons.
Yea, it's a well recorded fact that Giant_4 got the Kursk sub.
Speaking of Fearless_Johnny's cabins coming from Hong Kong,
where the U.S. dollar is overvalued,
You told me something like:
I'm paying 10 cents on the buck, so I can spend 10 times as much.
The top-of-the-line standard represents three thousand years of development.
QE2's best features were its penthouses and staterooms
which were built in HK and then shipped to the ship for installation.
Sounds great to me. I wasn't aware that such " standards " existed.

I'd put the ice-class Fearless_Johnny up beside any 300 ton yacht.
It may go only 12 knots instead of 22
but a fiberglass boat can get snapped in two.
Can the tug capsize ? if so, what should I do then ?
You continued:
Fearless_Johnny's state-of-the-art bridge electronics
blows-away anything France biulds.
20 years ago you'd be lucky to have a TV,
much less a phone and the net on a ship.
Now, with live earth view and GPS plotting,
the ships PC is the auto pilot,
watching the sonar, radar, GPS, engine and rain.
A remote ( off-ship ) Monitor/Controler at a port
can man the autopilot, replacing harbor pilots.
The system can also download GPS data from me to put Fearless_Johnny
beside another ship of mine ( e.g. one hiding in the Tongass ).
Wow... that's as simple as *****... maybe I won't need much training after all.
You told me:
At the rock islands today,
we're taking the sub under an island and up inside its cave.
It's a 6 seat glass guppy, 600 feet max.
It has space gloves,
where you put your hands in the gloves and work guppy's arms and hands.
Guppy cost 5 million dollars. its just for looking at fish and
it's very safe for riders.
A good ROV is 2 million ( even if a good ROV is not worth a ***** ).
It's a lot more fun than Disneyland, no doubt.

Giant the ice breaker was so cool.
evryone thought it was just a yacht full of toys.
Could go places with deep 2 on that evryone knows allot of wrecks are
but none have been found and no one is looking.
By the time you dock in port of spain ,,we will have seen the battle
wrecks and no one will know we saw or even looked.
They dont have anything to look with !
They wount think its even posible and cant accuse you of looking.
The moroco seawall ,,wile your the best tug and can dock there ,,you
can see under the blanket at evything that was ever lost for the last
3000 years there.
No one has a fucking clue what is there.
We do know how many ships sank in the pot of spain in 300 feet of water
,,yet not 1 has been found. 25 feet of ash hides the wrecks.
The blanket of ash was laid down just covers up evything .
Id like one ash preserved ship under giant 4.
Ill take the sea floor ship and all in one chunk and get it out in the
hold.
Ill just take 40,000 tons up with the ship inside .

This gold mine is whats left of the mass that the river toulk .
You cant see but thats a river sediment delta ,,, thats 80 % f the gold
and silver and platnium ,,all the gold does is stop there an sink in the
sand silt untill it sits under all of it on dry rock.
The mine is in the wrong spot and its worth 100 mil a year.
A much better spot is the bay sand delta here on the page .
deep 2 should load 200 millionbucks in that spot .
evry fucking nugget can fall into the same crack forcing a less dence
object out.
That river delta dumps in a pit and digs a pit befor it . The river
sorted out more of that mines vein then they can because the river got
there and toulk it first.
You drop a rock in after a rain and that rock can go 45 miles to that
sand delta and dop off the other side . But the nuggets will more get
stuck in the delta and sink for 100,000 years and hit rock.
In 10,000 years 90 % of that gold mine washed down the river .
If not for the river they would now have found the 10 % of the vien
left in the rock.
They have dug 0.1 % of it in 100 years.
It toulk the river 10,000 years and it dumped it all in that bay river
sand delta on this page.

You can see the path of eroded rock from the mine to that sand delta .
Most of the gold mine oar mass eroded and went down the creek .

You told me something like:

Damn, and that looks like a fine place to Play/Work too.
