The emitted spectrum is broad band. It goes all the way up and all
the way down.
Most of it is in the infrared region. A few percent is visible, a
much smaller amount in UV, negiegible above that. In the other
direction, there's not much emitted below the deep IR.

You'll need multiple instruments.
[1] A spectrograph or diffraction grating for the visible region.
[2] There should be an infrared variant of a diffraction grating -- the
main issue being the sensor -- which you can use.
[3] A tunable radio might be of some benefit, for the radio waves.
[4] I doubt you'll get much UV but another diffraction grating
specifically for UV might be of interest.
[5] You'll of course want to consult black body radiation theory to
get a rough idea of exactly what values you're expecting to measure with
this equipment.
