USC May Be Better Than UCLA |

I've heard from my boss (Homework for readers: figure out who my boss
is) that USC is now better than UCLA, and she probably knows. Still,
in case she's wrong, let's say that I withdraw my claim that USC is not
even in the top 1000 USA universities. It still has a long way to go
before I put add it to the top 8, though. In fact, it would have to
undergo a phase change :>)
