WATCHING ATOMS MOVE
Researchers usually compare "before" and "after" pictures of
typical regions of a material to see how it changes during a phase
transition. But now a team has watched a specific set of atoms
continuously during a surface phase transition to see exactly how
it occurs, and has made atomic-scale movies. In the 4 February PRL
they describe their ultrastable scanning-tunneling microscope, or
STM, that can remain fixed on the same set of surface atoms, even
as the temperature rises by 100 Kelvin--a huge warming that would
cause other microscopes to "lose their place." By studying one
especially pristine region of the surface, the researchers were
able to learn how the transition occurs, atom-by-atom, in a
perfectly clean system.

Very nice that the researchers there sayed
'directly* imaged*' the atoms
because
those atoms are not spheres but something else
'cubes' migh tbe closer to reality.

i take the osiliscope and flip the wave back under the top 1/2 lie a
mirror of the top 1/2 and it looks like the electrons orbit.
The center line is the nucleus .
I can take and make shaped and pull it into box shapes with points
ovals and push the bottom up and see the top go up to a point and just
take a magnet and fool with te orbit patern.
strech it pull it push it shpe it like a star shape it like a box with
points BUT if I bend the line threw it its motions.
IF the patern is a long streched out point top and bottom its because I
have 2 magnets and squashed it that way.
Im not suprised by the movie.
I can predict what the shape of the pattern will look like . By doing
it on the osiliscope .

Nice work, asswipe.

Just one eye, Kibo - his brown eye - with its lashes thickened and
lengthened by multiple accumulations of his own special mascara.

holding the page up some more ..
damb nice page too.
Im playing the movie from the page on a 60x130 inch HDTV plazma $ 40g
I have a better view then the edu has.

Kibooooooooo m
Kibo was the wooden string pupet in a street show in paris.
I have just installed an unforgetable fact into kibbo the street
pupets head.
I nead not prove that was the pupets name .
All I nead do is note the fact and Kibooo
will allways remeber him self as the steet string paris puppet beside
ponoakio .
Kiboo the puppet was a baddddd puppet.
They let children throw stones at Kiboo as part of the show.

I just thinks that funnie as ***** kibboo
I didnt know that till I looked it up to find out just what the *****
you are.
Now we all know ..now we all know

Hmm. I was wondering if there were a word I could use to say your
brain is halfway between "damp" and "dumb". And now I know.

Im playing the movie from the page on a 60x130 inch HDTV plazma $ 40g
I have a better view then the edu has.

But how do you hear the movie over all those "squish, squish" noises
coming from your damb brain?

Kibooooooooo m

You do if you want to win The Nobel Prize For Imaginary Puppets From France.

All I nead do is note the fact and Kibooo

ponoakio .

Stop trying to change the subject to Sanrio characters! I don't care
whether you prefer Keroppi or Ponoakio or Tuxedo Sam.

Kiboo the puppet was a baddddd puppet.

That's why my wallet says "BAD MOTHER FUCKER", slick.

They let children throw stones at Kiboo as part of the show.

You know, if you were a 1967 TV show, this would be a failed attempt
to start a teen dance craze. "Hey everyone! Do the Lowercase TJ!
Wipe wipe, blink blink! Wipe wipe, blink blink!" But it could never
cause people to forget such other immortal faux TV dance crazes as
"Do the Twizzle" from "The ***** Van ***** Show", "Do the Batusi"
from "Batman", and "Do the Fonzie" from some other show. (Fonzie
sure got damb after he jumped the shark in his leather jacket.
And how the shark got into Fonzie's jacket, I'll never care.)
-- K.
Now let's all do the Batusi
at Jack Rabbit Slim's.
(Hold hands, you lovebirds!)

Not that anyone actually believes you or anything,
but I call "*****" on this. To quote Home Theater Focus:

World's largest plasma display is Samsung's 80" 1920x1080 pixel
plasma monitor. This TV isn't available in retail, as only a limited
number were made.

For those of you measuring at home, a 60x130 inch display
(if they actually made anything in a 2.17:1 aspect ratio,
which they don't), would be 143" diagonal. 143 is somewhat
larger than 80, last I checked.
WAIT, I HAVE IT, YOU'RE A TIME TRAVEL FROM A DISTANT
HOME-THEATER FUTURE!

Be careful. You're using trigonometry. That sort of thing is
unheard-of in sci.physics! You should do your calculations by
channelling the ghosts of Atlanteans or something.

WAIT, I HAVE IT, YOU'RE A TIME TRAVEL FROM A DISTANT
HOME-THEATER FUTURE!

That's better.
It explains why he keeps claiming to be eight feet tall. Everyone
knows that in the future, people will be taller because they'll keep
stretching their necks when they watch those giant TV screens.
An alternative hypothesis was that perhaps he secretly founded
his own plasma television factory just to spend a billion dollars
in research and development money to secretly produce a giant screen
for his $99 WebTV, but I don't think he could count to a billion,
let alone spend it.
Occam's Razor suggests an even simpler, and therefore more scientific,
explanation as to why Lowercase TJ can do magic: "Because he can do magic."
He's a wizard. Or, as he'd spell it to save time, a wuzrd.
But I prefer your explanation that he accidentally travelled
through time by sitting too close to his giant radioactive TV screen.
-- K.
"If you sit too near the television, the eye muscles become
tired trying to see so many things as the pictures change.
If you sit further back, you do not see so many unimportant
little things. Then your eyes do not become tired."

Whitch one of you is neal and who is Bob ?
Deamworks 2004 ,,Hong Kong .
That tower beside panasonic.
The made some cool stuff.
I have a coridoor down the hull between the hold and hull . get down
to the end and turn you see a cam of the coridor you just walked threw
and theres some one comming fast up te coridoor and you lok to see who
it is and its your self . Then when you sould turn te coridoor the
sound of you doing so is played back to you from the corner of the
cridor behind you nd you look ,,but your self is not there .
And you quick look back a the viewer but its too late,,your gone.
If you owned this plazma tv you would nead to stand out side your
little house to watch it.
