Discusses the use of variational procedures in analyzing the spectra
of both hot and cold gas phase water. Method used to prove that the
sunspot spectra were dominated by water absorptions; Vibrational modes
of water; Transitions that can be used when assigning spectra.

Ice cubes. Ice tetrahedra would be silly.
How many citations did that paper get in the seven years from
publication to present day? Did you read any of them?

there were no citations listed but its good to know that if you get
thirsty on the sun, there is water available!
