Weather Control?? |
How does a weather control device work?
For example how can it create rain ?
What is the principle of weather control?

Flux capacitors discharging through HAARP networks alter the aetheric
equilibrium of the ionosphere. Vast forces are at work controlling
wind and moisture patterns, setting up the 2005 firestorm that will
ravage the southwest, resetting real estate prices. Watcg the money
slosh to and fro.

Darth Vader Creating rain is very easy you only need a large plane, and
50 tons of dry ice. That will cause ice to form in low dark clouds.
If you want lightning to take place than seed into the dry ice powdered
iron.. Iron oxide is the reason lightning is all around a volcano that
is in the state of eruption. I built a lightning detector that could
tell me if there were lightning strikes 35 miles from me. I live in the
lightning capital of the world. Bert

I used to work with VLF radios. Lightning causes white
noise throughout the electromagnetic spectrum, and VLF
propagates worldwide. On our spectrum analyzers we could
see lightning impulses 24 hours a day. There's always
lightning somewhere.

1. The con-artist builds a fancy-looking device that does nothing.
2. He tells the marks that it will control the whether.
3. He tells them that they will get rich if they invest in it.
4. They give him all their money.

That's how a weather control device works.

Very simply.
For example how can it create rain ?
Change heat distribution over certain land masses.
What is the principle of weather control?
Block sun-light with basic physics and basic chemistry. US & British
research into weather manipulation for military application started in
the 70's (this was revealed by FOI not long ago). Likely Soviets were
in the game. I can't remember the figure exactly, but jet contrails
have reduced average US landmass temperature by approx. 1.5 degrees
celcius (second-hand figure).
A cursory glance at the Californian sky reveals much.

"Cloud seeding" is a myth. The technique of seeding depends heavily
upon targeting cloud masses which are already conducive to producing
rain. It comes as no surprise then that, having dumped a quantity of
seeding agent into such a system, that it may later be observed to
actually dump rain. There's no control group available to verify that
there's any significant statistical correlation between seeding & rain.
In other words, no one has ever seeded a clear, cloudless sky in the
morning and had rain later that afternoon.

Controlling weather is predicated upon changing it but not knowing
what it would have done before you changed it

According to the Butterfly Effect in chaos theory, a butterfly flapping
its wings could cause a thunderstorm on the other side of the world a
decade later. People certainly create greater disturbances than that by
going about their daily chores. It's no wonder the weather man has such a
hard time making an accurate forecast.
