It still can't, but Monday, the Office of the Inspector General
of the the Justice Department released a 20-page report on the
use of the polygraph by the Justice Department. The polygraph is
used slightly less as an investigative tool (recall it failed to
expose the Green River killer). But it is used increasingly to
screen employees (recall it missed CIA super-mole Aldrich Ames,
and has never uncovered a single spy). Meanwhile, brain research
became the hottest frontier after physicists developed fMRI brain
scanning, revealing what really goes on in our heads. The report
never mentions all the unrefuted science showing the polygraph is
worse than useless. Nor does it mention fMRI research advances.

An article in the September issue of Seed magazine reports that
the Deep Space Climate Observatory, built to measure Earth's
albedo, is not entirely dead yet. It will remain in its box

the faith by the sword. If so, he might have added a little
balance. In the 16th century, Francisco Pizarro, with the help

There is nothing like trivializing evil to the max by [dictating] its
universality, is there? There is nothing in the Universe more developmental
of the otherwise impossibly hellishly complex and chaotic, the utterly
confusing, than to reduce evil to an absolute of an all too simple. You,
whomever did up APOLOGIA, did not raise anything good up in level by your
diluting in indescriminate spreading of the toxicity, you simply reduced

primitivity, these are fundamental base of the pyramid things, the Horizon
of Infinity and Unity, that never should be scrutinized very closely if you
have a weak stomach...or a weak mind. You've heard the saying, "All politics
is local." Well it the same with good. All good is local (local universe).
We are paying the price of Herd Theory totalitarianism, of Heaven (or
Utopia) (or Babel) (or whatever the like) on Earth first before Space
Frontier opening and breakout to go nova into the outside Universe. In a
shrinking world with such complex beings as we are, spatial beings,
producing such complex structures as we do, you cannot "live and let live."
Your "living," with no intention whatsoever on your part, has become all too
naturally barbarically invasive of others' territory, others' homes, others'
privacy, others' lives, even others' minds. "Let live" has become all too
unintentionally barbarically invasive of your territory, your home, your
privacy, your life, even your mind. From from unity growing in a shrinking
world cut off from breaking out into a frontier universe, divisions and
disorders are growing, the unsane growing, like the entropy that will always
increase, and energy diminish (becoming ever more unavailable for equitable
distribution and work), in a closed -- ever more inertial frame, so to
speak -- system. Things always right side up before universally turn right
side down. That which before was so clearly good or so clearly bad, and that

everything to now be universally a deadly monotonous social and economic

for the same price... despite price inflation everywhere else.
If what you said above is correct, you're claiming that your engine technology
will give us about 30 times the milage for the same cost.
In other words, you won't just make the cost of travel catch
up with Moore's Law ( instead of constantly going up, as it has ),
you'll _Vastly_ surpass it.
If you're correct, then the value of U.S. dollar
( as measured in oil; which is, after all, the same year after year )
will fly throught the roof... price deflation will rain down like a monsoon.
So you should be amassing U.S. dollars ( cash )
instead of investing in oil, trees, sugar or gold.
