When a particle has both particle and wave nature (as it's already
proved) what's the point in discussing wheather light is a wave or a
particle.
An important observation which should be noticed is
Heavy mass particle having
zero
particle zero rest
mass(like photon)
particle
velocity: <<c =c
matter wave
velocity: >c =c
so light is a subset of something (set containing matter) whose
particle velocity and matter wave velocity is same unlike the particle
having non zero rest mass whose particle velocity is less than
velocity of light and matter wave velocity is greater than velocity of
light.
special theory of relativity applies only to particle nature of the
set described above.
