Might do something for urban renewal, though. (FSVO "urban"
and "renewal", depending on bomb size.)

I forgot to mention the case where a street gang threatens
to blow up your house with a 100kg equivalent cherry bomb.

I recall a gag from the 60's (I think, it may have been the 50's) about
a "Do It Yourself Atomic Bomb Kit."
The gag was done in the style of then-current marketing techniques for
children's toys.
The punch line was "Be the first kid on your block to be the last kid
on your block."
