Words of wisdom: People and Computers |
Given the following fact:
The computer's processing speed is as fast as it's slowest component.
Does that mean:
A group or team of people is as smart as it's dumbest person?

I'll buy a computer when it passes the Turing test better than Uncle Al
Till then I'll stick with my webtv. It can do lots of stuff fast. It has
a big screen ("27") and gives Gates $25 a month. It has no
wires, and I can use it 30 feet away. It has all the attachments. Had
it for 7 years and still don't use half its abilities(go figure)

You're confusing the terminal with the network behind it.

Depends on the arrangement.
If parallel, at least
If serial, at most.

Well, I'm. Within reason, of course.
