DO NOT USE PACIFIC POKER |
I was just in a tournament and about to get in the money after an hour and
half of play and thier server goes down. I call and they say they will
give me back my buy-in. WOPPIDY-DO. It cost me a couple hundred bucks. I
know this site sucks but the number of fish in the past has made it worth
it. I will never play hear again. You should take my advice.

I have played a couple of s&g and multi-tables and haven't had any tech
problems or delay in having my winnings posted to my account.

I just won a sit and go tournament and the winnings never showed up in my
account. I called support and they said I had to send an email to support
w/ tournament ID#. Now I can't even log in. WTF??

I actually have a good story. I bought in for a SnG, realized that a
friend was in the game and tried to get out. Of course, their software is
slow as hell and it refused to let me out of the game - an error message
appeared saying that my request could not be processed... However, my
money was returned and I was never charged for the SnG. I haven't been
able to replicate my experience...

How many more do you need? Seems like no one has anything positive to
say about Pacific.

Pacific's servers?? Not possible. Must be your connection. Pacific prides
themselves on 100% reliability (ha!). Their servers do not crash and if
you get disconnected, it's your fault, not theirs. According to them,
that's the risk that you assume while gaming online.
When will these thieves take some responsibility for their shitty
software/servers/customer service? My guess is not any time soon. I left
there for stars months ago and never looked back. ***** you Pacific.

You should learn to play better, or not play anymore. Hahaha.
