Hello all you People!,
I will change some specific aspects of the FAA, and make manditory
that all aircraft registered in the US include a Sattlite Phone Linked
to a Server set up for the sole purpose of recieving GPS data provided
by the craft in order to provide the ground Coordinates while the
planes are in or out of radar contact. Rescue services will have all
the data avaliable when the craft goes offline as to it's last known
coordinates, enabling a speedy rescue, and means of locating the craft
both public and private.
By simply adding a cellular modem, GPS card, and even just a notebook
computer in each aircraft can enable the system. At this point there
is a movement to do just this, the difference here, is that it will be
law, and this equipment manditory and without excuse must be working
on liftoff. Even below radar contact, the Global Positioning System
can still hand the coordinates of the plane to the server, and where
to look within a hundred yards of any given crash. Shock proofing the
equipment will fall into the next catagory of improvements made on the
equipment before it's labeled seaworthy. Solutions over commercializm
and *****!!
