Everyone knows that FL was stripped of delegates in the
upcoming conventions----but that doesn't negate the
Primary vote----overwhelmingly for Clinton
It "Tells" people something---most notably the
politicians who suffered the defeat.
FL can (and might) rescind it's decision about their
primary date and she would seat delegates.
