Panel: Gore Offered Ways to Curb Climate Change

Morning Edition, October 12, 2007 · The Nobel Prize committee says former
Vice President Al Gore is "probably the single individual who has done most
to create greater worldwide understanding of the measures that need to be
adopted" to curb the effects of climate change. Gore shares the Nobel Peace
Prize with U.N. scientists.
