President Talibani of Iraq said recently that the foreign troops in
his country, such as the United States and Great Britain, are
"occupiers." This is the elected government of Iraq. They want us out.
So this occupation is illegal. So when the British government claims
their sailors were slightly within Iraqi waters it doesn't matter. It
was illegal even if they were in Iraqi waters, and they probably
weren't. Why were they even close? That's a provocation. It is said
the Mossad and CIA kidnapped a retired Iranian general who was
visiting relatives in Turkey. He's still secretly imprisoned as well
as several Iranian diplomats in Iraq. It's not a crime to be a retired
Iranian general. That's a crime and a provocation. I think the British
government should begin withdrawing all of their troops from Iraq
immediately in return for getting their soldiers back. See
