That's the loophole that allows one to extricate oneself from the

property, they own the fruits of your labor because you signed
contracts with them, either knowingly or unknowingly. Your signature
on government documents is prima facie evidence of contract -- offer
and consent. That is the level of the scam which I have been trying
to awaken the American Public TO NO AVAIL. Thousands of ignorant
people are now sitting in jail today and thousands more are destined
to occupy a prison cell in the future, BECAUSE OF THEIR IGNORANCE of
the legal scam perpetrated upon them by the Judicial System (that is
no exaggeration).

Pat,
Just a caution. Once you waive your 2nd
amendment Right to carry and settle for the
privilege of license granted you by the
Sheriff, You've lost your right to carry and the
privilege once granted can then be revoked at any
time for any reason, leaving you high, dry and
unable to arm yourself without becoming a
criminal. That's the scam of applying for a
permit. Think it over before you give up your right for a privilege.
