I have thanked those who did. That I am fighting now for my own life
and persuit of happiness, is ironic now. No one can help me now

rk: Rick, that is the greatest lesson you have taught onlookers, that
one man can stand up to the Satanic Forces which dominate the American
Judicial System. But do not expect help to come from those who
control the system. They're Satanists to the bone. They're out to
destroy you.

of the power brokers who exercise mind control over gullible

lawyers this past 6 years. I have not reacted violently, not even
once. I have never been that patient, and yet I have been patient in
the face of this adversity, to show others that we must remain
committed to the principles of liberty, which is the basis of Yahwehs
gift to mankind, the gift of free will, to decide for ourselves our
fate of either liberty, or slavery. There are many forms of slavery.
Those who believe in the gift of Jesus Christ and his death for our
sins on the cross over 2,000 years ago will understand what I am
saying, and those who do not, will remain in the dark. I believe
that is why I have been selected by Yahweh to stand up to this
criminality on the part of government. I have been given guidance by
Yahweh.
rk: It has never been your core of Integrity that I have questioned.
It has only been your reactionary resistance to the government which
itself is a Satanic Trap. You would Fight for Peace, a contradiction
in essence if there ever was one. I would BOYCOTT BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT
for Peace, a divine demonstration of Resist Not Evil.
rk: On an individual level, I used that Divine Tactic of BOYCOTT,
BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT to face the full power of the Courts of Oregon and
Josephine County, and they could not stand against a simple man who
stood alone in the light of Truth and demanded they prove
jurisdiction.

God. I call it my duty as a man, who has sworn an oath to defend the
constitution, which is a guide for liberty in this country, and I
believe that I have been summoned by that higher power to stand up for
liberty.
rk: But do you have the cajones to stand up to them and not fight,
but challenge them nevertheless to prove to you that they are your
master and not your servant. Quite a different level of
consciousness, is it not?

been put into place. Evil must have light shined upon it. That is
apparently my place in this whole fight for liberty, to shine a light

deception of the illusions supplied to America by the Controllers of
this land. I will continue to fight this tyranny in the courts,
whether I am imprisoned, or not. I do not expect any group effort to
help me, as very few really care, as it doesn't affect them directly.
rk: You have learned a great deal about the illusions which have
ruled you prior to your test, have you not? Your belief in
organizational power to fight against tyranny has gone south, has it
not? It has left you, as it does with all men who are faced with
their "moment of Truth." Congratulations.

rk: Rick, you cannot fight it both legally and lawfully for they are
two quite divergent venues which share nothing in common. You have
been convicted legally, but not by a lawful court, for you failed
early on to challenge the administrative courts, and thus you
consciously or unwittingly granted the Administrative Courts
jurisdiction over you. You have since learned that you could not have
it both ways. A tough lesson to learn.

my life I have been a peaceful man. They tell me that I am a flight
risk and yet, I have stayed here and fought their dishonest, unlawful,

rk: Rick, have you paid attention to Ed and Elaine Brown of New
Hampshire. They know the Way. They don't talk about it. They are
it. They are Sovereign and the fictional court which convicted their
fictional "juristic persons" understands that its unlawful,
Unconstitutional directives are null and void and do not carry with
them any force of law. Its ruling have no bearing on these two
Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Children of God,
for they are subject only to God's law, not the law of Mammon.
rk: There is absolute clarity in such a position. Such clarity does
not resonate in your position. Do you see it??

That was the direction which you were heading. I do not gather that
you are continuing in that same direction after all of your many
disillusionments with petty "talk about" patriots who talk the talk,
but cannot walk the walk. They are too frightened even to do NOTHING,
for is that not what BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT is? Complete
withdrawal of support, financial and otherwise? That is the peaceful
act of non resistance that even a quadroplegic can participate in, yet
all these able bodied men who posture and boast cannot bring
themselves to carry out such a simple act.

rs: The people are waking up and seeing past the illusions that have
been provided by that "satanic system" they have erected outside of
the Constitution.
rk: And then what?!! They still have to act, don't they? Yet
history shows they have not acted in a wise and timely fashion to free
themselves from wars and mutual destruction since the Beginning of
Time. That's SATANIC MIND CONTROL IN A NUTSHELL.

rk: You shift your faith from Jesus, Yeshua, Yahweh, etc, to the
Constitution. You put your faith in one form of savior or another,
That, my brother, is your mistake. Peace on earth shall come only
when there lies peace within the heart of the individual. When vast
numbers of peaceful individuals can stand shoulder to shoulder, the
peace within them is the same peace that is within their neighbor.
That is the energy of Love. That is when wars end on this earth. That
is when the Meek are the only ones left, as those who would live by
the sword have already died by the sword. That is the Christ State of
Consciousness.

protected. As I said earlier, you've got one foot in and one foot out
of the system, and the system is pulling on both legs waiting to see
if their "wish" comes true. Not a good position to be in, is it?

eventually fall from it's own weight one day. Shining light on that
system will cause it to fall. As I have said many times, the only
violence is being perpetuated by the government by force against the
people, outside of their authority in the Constitutions, both state
and federal. That the government considers the Constitutions, just a
"piece of paper" to get past and around, is the root cause of all the
"systemic" aggression against the people, by the very same government
that has been charged to protect the rights of the people.
rk: Hell, Rick, it's all SATANIC thought, one faction playing off
another in a power struggle. Don't you get it yet? Do not put
yourself in the position of the Blind leading the blind.

this country. That the courts consider their duty to be a
technicality that they can ignore, is indicative of the criminality
they have perpetuated against the people.
rk: Nothing is more important to the People of America than to
understand their own SOVEREIGNTY, their own status as Living,
Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural men and women, Children
of God and not the fictional juristic person, the only person the
Fiction Courts have jurisdiction over.. The American public is
confused, angry and aggressive over the Scam of jurisdiction pulled on
them by their Pharisitical Judges. It breeds violence at every turn.
Everyone wants to shoot everyone else and they don't even know why.

creates a paper trail of the record of evil. Light must be shown upon
