America is NOT the world's only superpower - Russia is back - cold war is on |
Russia is the other superpower, don't ever fucking forget that.
Russia is now economically stronger than the Soviet Union was in the
1970s and 1980s, perhaps stronger than the Soviets ever were. as many
know, they're using their immense oil & gas wealth to rebuild
themselves. Russia is re-building its military, both conventional &
strategic nuclear forces. Russia would love to remake the Soviet
Union, but even if they don't, Russia alone is still a superpower on
its own that CAN challenge & destroy the United States if it wanted
to.
the United States can stomp all over Iraq, and perhaps even Iran. but
Russia? I don't fucking think so.
the cold war is back on.

Another Moron Without a Clue (MWC). Even their fearless leader, Putin, does
not agree with you. They are not a superpower, and have a long way to go to
become one, again. China, on the other hand, is much closer to super power
than Russia is, because they have lots of capital with which to develop.
Super power status is the ability to project your will anywhere in the
world. Right now, we are the ONLY super power, but we are fading fast with
the libs in charge, so the next superpower will be China.
