Bill Clinton warns of looming disasters

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Former President Bill Clinton said Friday that
disasters such as worldwide famine and an obesity epidemic could
destroy the U.S. health care system unless politicians begin to look
ahead and cooperate.
Clinton, speaking at a forum sponsored by Harvard University's John F.
Kennedy School of Government, said governments fail to act even when
disasters are anticipated because leaders are distracted by fulfilling
campaign promises and scrambling to respond to immediate emergencies.
Big-picture planning gets "crowded out," he said.
"This is coming," Clinton said. "And I know there is no great
political constituency for it, but we can avert these disasters for
not very much money if they can be put into the public debate and
people understand clearly what's going to happen."
The Kennedy School is spending $1.5 million over two years to study
why governments across the world have failed to act on threats such as
heat waves and hurricanes, even when they know they are coming.
From looking back at Hurricane Katrina and forward to the absence of
firm plans to cool the planet or stem malaria, some of the school's
top researchers will study the roots of government inaction.
The studies will help Congress, presidential candidates and world
leaders learn from past mistakes and prepare for future action, said
Christopher Stone, a Kennedy School professor and head of the
initiative.
The program was born in the botched response to Katrina — the
hurricane that experts had warned for years would ravage New Orleans'
inadequate levies and poorly sheltered coast.

"Each of these are threats that we know are going to happen. This is
not like saying, 'What do we do if the president of China is kidnapped
tomorrow,'" Stone said. "It's not even that there is really technical
disagreement about these things. It's just a matter of figuring how we
can get governments to act."
Clinton warned presidential candidates of both parties — a group that
includes his wife, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton — that it will be hard,
and likely unpopular, to prepare for foreseeable disasters.
He said the next president should solve the "biggest, baddest
problems"; take small action when the whole problem cannot be
addressed; never appoint incompetent political allies to positions of
disaster response; never let political ideology blur scientific
evidence; and cooperate nationally and internationally.

The Media produced a WW2 John Wayne movie, showing Engineers who wanted to
fight Japanese, on a Pacific Island, and portrayed them as illegal fools
that did not know what they were doing, and portrayed the Marines as saying
it was illegal for civilians to take up arms and fight, and they made them
train and become a special unit of the US Marines just so that they would
supposedly have the legal right to fight. But the US Constitution already
gave them the legal right to take up arms and fight, even in a time of
peace, let alone in a time of War. This was done by the Media and US
Government who helped make many of John Wayne's movies, to help brainwash
the Public into not realizing that our US Constitution was being followed by
these courageous men, during the actual WW2 War, but some tricked our
Politicians and Public into violating the US Constitution ever since that
Day. And they made this propaganda Film for the Communists to brainwash the
Public into doing away with the very Constitution that all of our servicemen
and women are sworn to live by and uphold, and that all of our Politicians
are sworn into Office to defend and uphold.
This continued Violating of our Constitution to keep huge standing Armies
even in times of Peace, has raised our costs of living to the point that we
are experiencing many more Americans becoming Homeless, and to the Point
that our Defenses are now weakened, and are being manipulated by our
Enemies!

Up until then, the Federal and State Government were not permitted by the US
Constitution to raise any Taxes for a standing Army in any time of peace,
and only Congress was allowed to collect Taxes for Armed Forces in a Time of
War.They deliberately tricked our Governments into disarming the Civilians
so that they could overthrow us by taking control of our Armed Forces from
within, by taking control of both Political Parties.

Liberties Militia, researched this, and found those that promote the lie
against our US Constitution have been associated with Communist
Organizations since the 1940s, who have been since then endeavoring to
overthrow our US Constitution, so that they can take control of our

our Defenses, and overregulated our Businesses, like the overregulated
business of the fallen Soviet Union, that allowed our Free Capitalist
Businesses to ruin the Economy of the Communist until they fell.
The Foregin Communists are using many of our Politicians and Citizens as
Domestic Enemies of our Rights to overthrow us.
These old hardliner Communists continued the robbing of Russia's wealth
after the fall, and took advantage of our greedy Capitalists who were taking
the Soviet's wealth to destroy them, as the Old Hardliner Communists from
the Fallen USSR, united with Asian Communists, and bought out many Israeli
and British, and US Corporations, so that they can use them to control our
Media and our Governments, to pass Mandatory Regulations like the Soviet

Communists are using them to stifle our production, so that they can take
complete control and rob and destroy our Economy, and make millions of poor

When an Officer comes to your door for any other reason, the first thing
that they ask is, "Do you have any weapons or guns here?" If you
say yes, they demand that you show them where it is, and then they try to
find any excuse they can to take it or arrest you, even if it is trumped up
charges in many cases, or taking you for a mental evaluation, where too many
Police and Judges and Layers and Doctors for profit and or for

Even though when needing an armed guard for a dangerous mass murder who

This ballot gives you the right to choose between two evils, which do you
consider to be the lesser of the two evils?
Caught between the Turf Wars of Legal Corporate Iatrogenic enslaving
Medications, and Illegal Street enslaving Iatrogenic Medications, so that
either side that we choose we will become Iatrogenic Slaves owned by our

Some of the Medications used for producing Chronic Iatrogenic Illnesses, are
not used for the category of Mental Illnesses, but are not cures of
sicknesses, they are classified as Treatments for Chronic Sicknesses. But a

are used for the category of what they call Chronic Mental Illnesses. And we
have found that you have even been using the Mass Media, to play upon
people's ignorance of Mental Illnesses, to build fear in them, as you build
prejudice in them, so that you can motivate them to do your dirty works at
your will. And we found some of you have been deliberately brainwashing our
society for a long time, to get them to blindly support, and to blindly
follow along with your scam of Medical Racketeering. And out of their
ignorance of Mental Illnesses, and the fears that you gave them, you have
tricked them into giving you the authority to use force, even upon those
whom you falsely claim have a Dangerous Mental Illness. And out of their
ignorance of Mental Illnesses, and the fears that you gave them, you have
built prejudice in them, and often motivate them by your influence over the
collective social group, to use intimidation, as a fear factor, upon those
who you falsely claim need your Medications, that cause Iatrogenic
Illnesses. And some of you are deliberately abusing the authority to use
force, as you force upon people ignorant of Mental Illnesses, Medications
that cause Iatrogenic Illnesses, just so that you can enslave them in your
Iatrogenic Medical Slavery.

instead of trying to find a cure for their disorder, or instead of helping
them live with their disability. So now after the VA Tech Killings, because
of the Public's Paranoid responses that will result brought about by the
Medical Community using the Media for Brainwashing the Public, and
motivating them with Fear, to try their Neo Nazi Mind Control Drugs, if your
Child has Autism, a Mental Disorder, or a Traumatic Brain Injury, to avoid
the Abuse from Authorities and Piers, parents should keep their Children
home from School, and get them in Private Schools built just for helping

Because of the way Autism, Mental Disorders, and Traumatic Brain Injuries
come about, it would be impossible Scientifically, to give these Children or

more dysfunctional, their new behavior is said to be less Dangerous.

brainwashing Society to accept the Prejudice of Piers and Bullies, and send
them to Neo Nazi Doctors for treatment, or they say something like VA Tech
might happen. But the VA Tech Killings most likely were caused by such
Prejudice from Rich Kids and Religious Fanatics, who made so many complaints
that they sent the man to Psychiatrists, for useless forced treatment with
Dangerous Mind Control Drugs, Abusive Treatment and Drugs that without a
doubt, made his condition worse, and contributed to causing the killing

The House next week will consider the Democrat-crafted Intelligence
Authorization

"Our job is to steal secrets," said Rep. Peter Hoekstra of Michigan,
the ranking
Republican on the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
"There are all kinds of people analyzing global warming, the Democrats
even have
a special committee on this," he told The Washington Times. "There's no
value added
by the intelligence community here; they have no special expertise, and
this takes
money and resources away from other threats."
Democrats, who outnumber Republicans on the committee, blocked the
minority from
stripping the warming language from the bill.
Intelligence panel Chairman Silvestre Reyes, Texas Democrat, said the
climate-change study is one of several shifts his party has made to
intelligence
policy.
"We're concerned that global warming might impact our ability to
maintain
national security," he told The Times, describing the idea as "cutting
edge."
"We want to get feedback from the intelligence community to understand
if there
are possible global issues," Mr. Reyes said, noting the change was on the
advice of
"several former military commanders."
