she retorted, her behavior shrieking, "I am afraid of you! Get away
from me, black man!" As he recounted the ordeal to me, I was struck by
his own woundedness. "I was just trying to help her. I didn't want
money or nothing."

Justice Statistics, Office of Justice Programs, Department Of Justice.
Tables 1, 16. say that from the years 1979 to 1986, 2,416,696 of the
4,088,945 assaults committed annually by Blacks had White victims.
That is 59 percent. It also shows that only 3 percent of White
assaults were against Blacks. Blacks are 25 times more likely to
victimise Whites than Whites are to victimize Blacks.
According to the FBI Oct.(1993). Uniform Crime Reports Blacks are 22
times more likely to kill Whites than Whites are to kill Blacks.
The American Enterprise Institute analyzed rape records of the FBI
for 1991 and found that while there were only 100 rapes of Black women
by White men that year in America, there were 20,204 White women raped
by Blacks. That is 200 White women raped by Blacks for every Black
woman raped by Whites.
