months AND gives the state $30,000, all charges are dropped!!

They didn't drop the charges. He's on a conditional discharge on a bail
of 3
grand. Having charges dropped is when you just walk. When you go out of

door on bail, you are still under charges. What dont you undersatnd
about
something as simple as a bail bond in the American legal system?
