Barbara Bush is an investor in the company to which she funneled a
"charitable contribution"

Wow.
This is even sleazier than it first appeared.
According to Talking Points Memo, the former first lady is actually
one of the investors in the very company to which she gave a
"charitable contribution."

Josh asks the right questions:
So how is it exactly you get away with making a tax subsidized
contribution that you stipulate must be used to purchase products from
a company in which you are a partial owner?
Isn't that a scam of some sort?
The Bush family really has no shame.
The son hoodwinked America.
The mother finagles charitable contribution for her own benefit.
They're just blue blooded grifters.

You remember ole Bubbles Bush doncha?
"But why should we hear about body bags, and deaths, and how many,
what day it's gonna happen, and how many this or what do you suppose?
Or, I mean, it's, it's not relevant. So why should I waste my
beautiful mind on something like that? And watch him suffer." -
Barbara Bush on "Good Morning America," March 18, 2003.
A prominent Republican is less kind: "Barbara Bush is an exceedingly
vindictive, nasty individual with a very high opinion of herself.
She's always been that way." Cocky, boisterous, flippant -- these were
the traits George W. was developing as a young man.
From Rolling Stone
Barbara Bush has had to explain her attempts at humor, too. In 1984,
Mrs. Bush remarked that Democratic vice presidential candidate
Geraldine Ferraro was a word that "rhymes with rich." She reportedly
clarified her statement saying she had really meant "witch."
