Bush! Don't go into Najaf |
Look, Bush, you knucklehead, Najaf is a holy city to Islam. Just because al
Sadr is holed up there doesn't give enough reason to go in - it will set off
Armageddon! So hold the Army and Marines before they go into Najaf.

The U.S. will lose the war if we act like there's any part of Iraq that
is off-limits to Americans.
Because guess what, whichever areas we declare off-limits will be
exactly those areas that our enemies will choose as their sanctuaries.
The Muslims didn't worry about "setting off Armageddon" when they bombed
New York City and Washington DC. (Had the USSR done that during the
Cold War, we would have nuked them in retaliation.)
Stop worrying about "provoking" the Iraqis. The Iraqis should be
worried about provoking us.

The "Muslims" that were 9/11 terrorists had nothing to do with Iraq. Your
own idol Bush said it as clearly as that in September 2003.

Its really semantics. There is no difference between Sadr and the
Ayatollahs in Iran, the PLO, the Taliban etc. They are all backwards mutts
that will only stop when thier pulse also stops. The idea that not
offending these people will make a difference is dangerous. "weakness is
provocative".
