After George Bush suffered a political black eye for letting 700 black and
poor folks die in Louisiana and Mississippi during Katrina, Bush is all to
happy to oversee the battle against hurricane Rita.
Oh sure .. George Bush cares about Galveston where the median household
income in $42,419, but he allowed people to die of thirst in New Orleans
where the median household income is only $27,133.
Oh sure . George Bush wants to take care of Houston where the population is
68.6% white, whereas in New Orleans the population is 67.3% black.
Oh sure.. Bush is "Johnny on the Spot" when hurricane Rita is about to
attack Texas, his home state where Bush owes political favors.
Oh sure ... Now that Bush's approval ratings are at the bottom, he wants to
grab every photo opportunity. He wants to get another "Bull horn moment."
What a disingenuous politico. Bush is capitalizing on hurricane Rita.
