Bush now Blames His Shirt for the Bulge - Adds His Taylor to Enemies List |
"I don't know what that is," Bush said. "I mean, it is ? I'm
embarrassed to say it's a poorly-tailored shirt." Bush said
there was no sound system or electrical signal.
"I guess the assumption was that if I were straying off course
they would ? kind of like a hunting dog, they would punch a
buzzer and I would jerk back into place," Bush said. "That's
just absurd."

Well he was in a town hall meeting with commoners who
hadn't been screened to be friendly. He must have
been terrified.

Why then did he wear the shirt in all three debates, knowing full well
he was getting bad press over his "lucky shirt".
come on Bush. Someone in your camp could come up with a more plausible
excuse than that.
This joke excuse reminds me of his joke excuse for crying wolf over
the nuclear attack.

yea right. A 'poorly tailored shirt' with a big round hump. Happens
all the time. The tailor probably got his presidwential shirts mixed
up with his Quasimoto line with the built in hump.

Bush should just tell the "bulge" mongers to go do something constructive
with their time.
It is none of their damn business what he had under his suit. Jumping to the
conclusion that this bulge somehow gave Bush a unusual advantage over the
severely handicapped Kerry serves to show the paranoia affective the
left-wing liberal camp.
Maybe Bush was wearing a shoulder holster with a nice .45 loaded with
dum-dums in the event that the flip flopper attacked him, or arranged for
some of his flat headed kooks to do the deed for him.
How in the hell can supposed adults make such a stupid to do about something
as mundane as a bulge somewhere is beyond comprehension.

Everyone can see that it's a lie, yet he keeps on lying, just
like he does with WMD's.

A shirt that can push a bulge in a wool suit!

"Russia does not have in its possession any trustworthy data that
would support the existence of nuclear weapons on any weapons of mass
destruction in Iraq, and we have not received from our partners such
information as yet," Putin told a press conference after his recent
meetings with Tony Blair in the Russian countryside, including the
British government's recently disclosed dossier that alleges Saddam
has weapons of mass destruction that he's ready to use.
