This is what he really said:
My fellow Americans: Major combat operations in Iraq have ended. In the
battle of Iraq, the United States and our allies have prevailed. And now our
coalition is engaged in securing and reconstructing that country.
On March 16 US & Iraqi troops engaged in some of that "securing".
Note the - United States *AND IRAQI TROOPS*
Sorry - your attempt at spinning a lie has not worked. You should apologize.

Narcissist is being generous.
Bush, Cheney and Rummy are borderline sociopaths.
If not outright.
Sociopathic person is defined by having displaying 3 or more of the
following. THREE or more. Bush has nailed all of them. Over and
over.
1. failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful
behaviors as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds
for arrest
Wiretapping and more.
2. deceitfulness, as indicated by repeated lying, use of aliases,
or conning others for personal profit or pleasure
This is an everyday thing for them.
3. impulsivity or failure to plan ahead
Fucked up even their illegal war and did not listen to people who knew
better about how to prepare for it and what to expect.
4. irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated
physical fights or assaults
Or wars.
5. reckless disregard for safety of self or others
Started with drunk driving for Bush, ended with shooting a guy in the
face for Cheney.
6. consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to
sustain steady work or honor financial obligations
Bush not able to run ONE company that he was supposed to without
running it into the ground.
7. lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or
rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another.
That goes without saying.
