CHASE BANK DISRESPECTS THE FLAG |
I drove by the Chase Bank on Alameda and Depew in Lakewood,
Colorado yesterday and noticed them flying a faded, tattered and
filthy American flag. This is disgraceful. Please rally all the
veterans you can and complain to their corporation and demand that
they respect our flag and comply with flag etiquette.

It was a gray day today, I can take better ones when the weather

I understand your point and can see how it would seem like they were
disrespecting the flag. I think most people just don't think about it or
know there is a flag code. You should call the nearest military base honor
guard or your local fire department and see if they dispose of used flags in
a dignified ceremony. If so then provide that information in a respectful
way to the head boss at the bank. Most people I've dealt with were very
cooperative and grateful for the advise.

Looks like the John Elway car lot in Wheat Ridge, Colorado ( 38th &
Wadsworth ) is doing the same thing too. They have a faded filthy
tattered flag flying there.
Would John Elway approve of that?
