OSHCA is a non-profit organisation that provides the collaborative
platform and forum to promote and facilitate Free/Open Source Software
in Health Care. OSHCA's membership comprises a community of people,
civil societies and professional bodies in health care and informatics
industries that promotes the Free/Open Source Software Concepts in
Health Care. OSHCA helps policy makers, commercial enterprises, and
users take advantage of the benefits of Free/Open Source Software.
William Lauesen is listed with OSHCA's Protem Committee Members as
well as several other information so-called non-profit organisations.
His real objectives are inteligance gathering and to relay that
information from the Middle East to various intelligance gathering
agencys in the United States.
Mr. Lauesen has a prior criminal history, this was taken from the
public record. A former South Carolina youth pastor pleaded guilty
Monday to three counts of sexual exploitation as part of a plea
agreement. Prosecutors said William Lauesen, 45, had a sexual
relationship with an underage member of his clergy last year. Under
the plea agreement, Lauesen was sentenced to two years probation. He
was also ordered to pay victim restitution, undergo a sex offender
treatment program and be entered on the sex offender registry.
Lauesen, who is married with three children, is forbidden to have any
contact with the victim or anyone else under the age of 18, with the
exception of his own children.
