There should be a mechanism for each American citizen to sign up to be
included as a client in the lawsuit. Each of us has had their
Constitutional
rights pissed on by GWBush. The GWBush propaganda wing of his GOP/NeoCon
party even go as far as to use their media venues to mislead the public
about a key part of the spy game... *WARRANTS*. Warrants are needed to
spy
on American citizens yet the GOP/NeoCons do not mention *WARRANTS*. Nope,
they just like to cry that liberals don't what GWBush to catch
terrorists.
GWBush can even spy on an American citizen and get the warrant after the
spying has been accomplished.
HEY GWBush... GET A WARRANT!
It's not too late. Lots of appeals ahead or you can start your own
action. All you need to do is to show how you were personally damaged
by the NSA actions. Damage would not include angst or a vague fear
that big brother is watching you.
I don't look at it as *personal damage*. The only reason I can think that
the NSA may spy on me without a warrant would be due to my Pro-American
posts on Usenet. I look at the damage GWBush has done to my Constitution as
the reason for the lawsuit. I want to sue the ***** on the grounds he's
pissing on my Constitution. The Congress we elected wont speak up for the
people. The people have no voice.
If you can not prove personal damage then you don't have standing to
sue. Do you own a urine soaked copy of the Constitution that you can
present as evidence? Can the urine be tied to Bush? If not you can't
sue Bush for that.
