One of the more blatant examples of "PC" indoctrination in our
taxpayer-funded public "schools" involves the worship of the American
Redskin by the Left. Thankfully, countering that BS of the Left concerning
the often-savage redskin is an excellent book by historian Thomas Goodrich,
entitled "Scalp Dance: Indian Warfare on the High Plains 1865-1879.
The brutality of those savages was almost unimaginable (cutting the scalps
off of their enemies while they were alive, staking them to the ground and
building small fires between their crotch, leaving them to writhe in agony
for days, repeatedly raping their women prisoners over and over again, etc.)
yet the Left treats them as "noble savages", rather than as the cruel
barbarians that they truly were.
It's an inexpensive book, and one with very high customer reviews from
