Coward you say?!? |
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1983_Beirut_barracks_bombing
Who withdraw first - Who did not retaliate?
In the balkan war, half of the Forpronu (UN forces) deaths were French.
Insulted Ad Nauseam, France should just let america totally drop. Even
in legal wars.
Anyway, the US have always been feeding on the carrions of Europe.
Waiting for the last moment to step in when the forces in play were
dog-tired enough to be harmless. In the meantime selling war supply to
the belligerents. And "reconstructing" Europe at its expenses.
I will just quote one of your greatest trader of all times, the
legendary
Jesse Livermore in 1915:
"It was the most clearly defined bull market we ever had. It was plain
to everybody that the
ALLIED purchases of all kinds of supplies here made the United States
the most prosperous
nation in the world. ....... I mean that the wide world's gold was
pouring into this country in torrents."
Yuck!

The US and the French are natural friends. It is only the Bush
administration and their propagandists in the main stream media that are
inciting the low IQ segments of the populace to anti-French sentiment.
Just wait a couple of years and you may see a change for the better.

I do not think so John.
I think that the all thing went way too far.
I used to be one of your best supporter after the last gulf war started
and I was angered at Chirac for the position he had taken towards an
old friend.
Now that I am sure that the U.S. went to war the last time because
Saddam wanted to open an oil market in Euro (the same thing that is
going to happen with iran who wants to open it in september), I
definitely think that your motives are very down the ground; your high
moral, just a smokescreen and the friendship over.
If it was only words, I would admit; however too much has been written.
Sorry John, go clean your own backyard and straighten up your dirty
tricks.
Yeah!, I turn my back on you now.

And it is a very sad story indeed.
