If the Republicans lose the House, disaster looms: with the subpoena
power, the Democrats will investigate their asses; and impeachments,
indictments, and jail will result from the mis- mal- and nonfeasance of
the current power holders. This is NOT just politics, it is SURVIVAL.
What to do? well, for openers they attack another nation or whomp up a
new 9/11 or equivalent; nullify or suspend the elections; and declare
a sooper-dooper "national crisis" with to justify appointment of Dubya
as "President for the Duration". (Don't laugh: they conspired to
depose Franklin Delano Roosevelt in 1933; and but for the loyalty to
the Constitution of General Smedly-Butler they might have succeeded.
These power -hungry criminals will stop at nothing )

We don't know yet. That's what the investigations are for.
There is a long list of things that smell fishy, and need to be checked
out.

The political noise over Iran is becoming deafening. The prospect of some
kind of limited strike inside Iran is very real.
The use of Martial Law would effectively preempt the election and put Bush
in power for an indefinite period of time. All that would be required is
for some kind of civil unrest to break out over, oh I don't know, say
starting a war with Iran.
Watch your back.
