It's moving. The White House will be forced to respond to the FOIA
request one way or another: by complying or trying to obstruct and fight
the FOIA in court.

There is also action in the Senate. Ten senators have asked the
Select Committee on Intelligence for an investigation.

A grand jury is meeting as we speak.
Unfortunately, Bush has figured out that he can flee the country
anytime he wants with that big ole Air Force One. Bush can fly ANYWHERE
ON EARTH. He's using it tomorrow for example to go to some cookout in
Scotand.
Bush could be convicted through the use of the Downing Street memos but
we have no existing treaties to get Air Force One back if he flees the
U.S. to avoid prosecution.
It's a big problem. Ted Kennedy and Nancy Pelosi are working on a
solution though. When they find it, Bush is toast.

Right after you have any evidence at all that will stand up to the
slightest scrutiny. So far you've got lots and lots of people saying
they think they knew what was going on. Sort of like the reports about
desecration of the Koran; a Gitmo inmate says he talked to another
inmate who says he heard about desecration. It's all urban legend until
you have evidence.
