I lived for a few years on a small island. I don't like socialising
with people who are tipsy simply because they are boring. I gravitated
to the A.A. and N.A. groups for my social life. People just assumed I
was a recovering alcoholic or drug user.
In the process I learned quite a bit more about alcoholism than I
really wanted to.
One thing I discovered was the "dry drunk", a person who is not
drinking, but who craves alcohol, and who in his pain does crazy and
destructive things. He will come out with inexplicably mean or
insensitive remarks.
I suspect Bush is a mostly dry drunk, and he is taking his personal
frustrations out on entire countries and wasting billions of taxpayer
dollars in the process.

Bush has a personality disorder of some kind.
The only time he can speak fluently without written text, is when he is talking about death and destruction.
He also appears to have a strange and unecessary attraction to wearing military clothing or
military insignia.

Gadaffi started out as a fairly idealistic sort of guy and gradually
became corrupted by power.
This sort of personality like to decorate themselves with titles and
ribbons. They like to wear military uniforms with ribbons and medals
even if they are meaningless. It is mindset -- a petty preoccupation
with material power.

One of the motives to drink is to provide an excuse of for the

Bush is a Dry Drunk, among other things. Take a look at:
http://68.186.254.66/GWBush/GWBush_The_Man.html
where they state:
About George W. Bush, The Man
Aug 21, 2003
Who is GWBush anyway? This note explores issues that, hopefully,
will shed some light on this topic.
Why is George W. Bush called the Smirking Chimp?
The chimp part can be traced to this bit of humor put out on the
internet. Click here <http://68.186.254.66/GWBush/CuriousGeorge.jpg> to
find out.
The smirking part comes from a Bush facial expression, that can best
be described as an arrogant smirk.

Who is J.H. Hatfield?
He is the author of "Fortunate Son, George W. Bush and the Making of
An American President". Amazon
has the book here

Seems he did an expose' on George W. Bush, and among other things,
documented
George getting busted for cocaine use, and his lost alcoholic
weekends in Mexico. Seems
George was in the National Guard at the time, and since he got a
year of community
service for the bust, went AWOL from the Guard for a year, as well
as not showing
up for his flight physical.
Mr. Hatfield committed suicide two years ago.
I've put up an audio interview by Amy Goodman from Pacifica Radio
