9-11 occurred while Bush was pResident, yet he gets no blame for the
event. Instead, he plays on the tragedy like he is some leader. What a

Everyone knows if Clinton had done his job 911 never would have happened.
What your suggesting is the Bush should have somehow come to the conclusion
that 911 was going to happen in his 9 months vs clintons 8 years.
