In November, a federal judge (Probably from the 9th Circuit) barred crews
from finishing $60 million in construction projects in Yosemite Valley,
siding with a small group of environmentalist kooks who sued the federal
government, saying further commercial development would bring greater
numbers of visitors, which eco-kooks see as threatening the park's fragile
ecosystem.
Elitist eco-geeks thus force millions of Americans to subservient,
second-class rolls. Eco-geeks, with phony credentials, will still get
access, but not the common folks
