PAC Man Down

Veteran GOP lobbyist Tom Korologos, now an adviser to Iraq viceroy L.
Paul Bremer, is back in town on home leave sporting a huge shiner on
his right eye.
So this is something bad that happened in that dangerous part of the
world?
Well, not exactly.
Seems Korologos, after four months in a country without PACs or
political fundraisers, may have become disoriented and dizzy last week
and fell down on the steps of the House side of the Capitol.
Korologos, 70, who handles congressional matters and trips of
lawmakers to Iraq, was on the Hill making sure things go smoothly with
the latest appropriations request for Iraq money.
There's a temporary lull in congressional delegations to Baghdad.
The worst part of the mishap may have been in the first moments after
he fell, when a Capitol police officer rushed over and said into a
radio:
"Elderly white male down; elderly white male down."
Ouch!
